Accounting, Finance & Tax Staff
Job Description:
- Create and send invoice and tax invoice.
- Prepare & doing process payment & report tax art & vat in out company every month ontime.
- Filling & report to supervisor planning, process & tax result.
- Create and updated list summary revenue.
- Processing & control the reguler payment process & company requirements.
- Create and distribute monthly invoices to clients.
- Input & prepare financial report.
- E-mail payment updated to sales team.
- Check utility record from each section before issue invoice monthly utility and other charges to clients.
- Control Bank account and pettycash.
- Responsibility to or facilitating communication with external parties on behalf of the company.
- Reporting monthly tax reporting (VAT, income tax Art. 23/26, income tax Art. 4(2)) and Annual Tax to CORETAX system.
- Create tax reconciliation (VAT IN, income tax Art. 23/26, income tax Art. 4(2) monthly basis.
- Request final tax slip to customer, filing and summaries.
- Create and submit overbooked tax (if any).
- Communicate with KRING Pajak, Account Representative and Tax office for update regulation about tax.(Reporting & Closing)
- Input Journal Revenue, Account receivables, Prepaid expense and other account into ACCURATE Online system.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have Brevet Tax Certification (A/B/C) and experience with Indonesian tax regulation.
- Proficient in tax procedures, including preparation, filling, and compliance.
- Passed brevet A&B.
- Good experience of PSAK 71, PSAK 72 and PSAK 73 will be an advantage.
- Able to assist with task outside of the job desk.
- Want to learn something new.
- Have loyality about working time and responsibility.
- Have working experience at least two year at the same position.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Proficient in common office applications, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, Accurate, klikPajak, Mekari Jurnal, Zahir, MYOB, Kledo, HashMicro.
